In fact, we focus on how wonderful our incredible brisket, pulled pork and other entrees are that we often forget to tell people about the other amazing and life changing food items we have on our menu, namely our side dishes. So we decided to take the opportunity to do so in this month’s blog post.
First of all, let’s talk about beans. Not only are beans a southern specialties that are made in one hundred different ways but they also happen to be one of the things people come back to our restaurant for time and time again. This is due to how we make them: six different kinds of beans, three different cuts of meat, all finished in the smoker. This savory side will leave your mouth watering and begging for a second serving. And we’re just getting started!
Our creamy potato salad is made in house daily and is a surefire classic that you will love. We also serve rich collard greens with smoked ham hock, crunchy coleslaw with a sweet vinaigrette, and mac n’ cheese for which we do not skimp on the cheese one bit. Oh and did we mention that we have sweet cornbread made fresh daily to accompany any and all meals? Well we do and it is delicious!
